The funding of this programme comes from businesses and private individuals of different origins who have the common wish to lend a helping hand to people living in precarious conditions at over 4000 metres above sea level and who have very small incomes.

“Abrigando Futuro” involves grouping the mothers in a particular village so they can receive training in knitting and finishing pullovers while, at the same time, they produce enough garments for all the district's schoolchildren between the ages of five and twelve to be protected from the cold.  The knitting yarn is donated by Inca Tops SAA while payment for the mothers is financed by a firm interested in helping these communities.
